Just OK. Problems encountered
limited selection morning noise
I encountered a couple of issues . The breakfast selection was somewhat limited (maybe I expected too much?). It was difficult to sleep in past 8am, a bit annoying.

convenient location nearby medina supermarket access unfunctional holder electronic lights poor darkness
the location was indeed very convenient. it was easy to reach the medina by foot. a mall with a supermarket was also right across the street..
the toiletry holder in the shower was not very functional. items could easily fall out. there were also various electronic lights in the room, difficult to make the place completely dark at night.

super clean room amazing location attentive staff
My room was a premium room, and it was super clean!!! the cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. the hotel's location is amazing. I walked to many shops and attractions. the staff was so attentive. They quickly addressed any questions i had.
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours. I sometimes waited a few minutes.
